Prices and what they cover
DIY Vehicle Spray Kit: $180 per kit for one vehicle. Kit with mobile installation: $240 per vehicle, including the kit and application. Prices are AUD and include GST. Optional Premium registration is separate. Free Basic registration is available.
Delivery and mobile installation
DIY delivery charges and supported destinations must be shown before payment. Aerosol transport restrictions may affect service availability. Installation is offered within 30 km of Melbourne CBD, with the exact address, safe access and appointment confirmed before payment. Do not pay for mobile installation until NanoTag confirms your booking details.
Installation preparation and repeat visits
The car must be clean, dry, cool and safely accessible, with an authorised adult available and the requirements on the installation page met. If we need to return because the vehicle is unprepared or inaccessible, a reasonable additional call-out fee may apply. Any return-visit fee will be quoted and agreed in writing before your appointment is confirmed. Any fee is disclosed and agreed before the appointment is confirmed or a return visit is arranged. No return-visit fee applies for postponements caused by NanoTag or unsafe weather.
A booking request is not a reserved appointment. The team contacts you first. You are only charged after your booking is confirmed. Read the preparation and access conditions.
Changes, returns and support
Contact NanoTag before dispatch or an appointment if you need a change. Ask for the applicable delivery, cancellation and change-of-mind terms before paying. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees.
Understand the role of marking
NanoTag provides physical identification and deterrence. It does not guarantee prevention or recovery, replace insurance, provide live tracking or automatically create an insurance discount. Follow supplied application instructions and keep registration details current.
