Mobile installation · $240 including the kit
First, check we can come to you.
Enter the installation street address. We check the distance from Melbourne CBD. If your address is within the 30 km radius, you can continue to request a booking.
You will only be charged after our team has contacted you and your booking has been confirmed. No card details or payment are taken now.
The radius is straight-line distance, not driving distance. An address near the boundary or one that cannot be precisely located may need a manual check.

Clean, dry and cool
The car must be clean and dry, with the proposed application areas free of mud, heavy dirt, grease and contamination. Allow the engine and hot components to cool. Follow the preparation guidance our team sends before your appointment.
Safe access and permission
Provide safe, level, off-street parking, room around the vehicle and suitable ventilation. Tell us about workplace access rules, gates or parking limits. An adult owner or authorised representative must be available with the keys and permission to proceed.
Weather and suitable surfaces
Application is limited to suitable, accessible components. Tell us about wraps, recent coatings, repairs or other surface concerns. Our team may adjust the work or reschedule if weather, surfaces or the location are unsuitable.
When a return visit is needed
If the car is not prepared, unavailable or cannot be safely accessed, we may need to arrange another visit. A reasonable additional call-out fee may apply where the return is caused by the customer not meeting the agreed preparation or access requirements.
Any return-visit fee will be quoted and agreed in writing before your appointment is confirmed. No additional fee is charged without your agreement. There is no return-visit fee for a postponement caused by unsafe weather or NanoTag.
Please tell us as soon as possible if your vehicle, address or availability changes. The $240 covers one vehicle kit and one standard installation visit. It does not include vehicle washing, repairs or dismantling.

Will NanoTag stop someone starting my car?
NanoTag does not immobilise the engine or block key signals. Its prevention role is to put thieves on notice: your car is marked across suitable components and linked to a registration record. Use it alongside locks, an immobiliser and other suitable security. Identification can also assist if marked property is recovered.
I already have an immobiliser or tracker. Why add NanoTag?
An immobiliser helps prevent unauthorised starting. A tracker can help locate a vehicle. NanoTag adds identifying marks to multiple components, creating a link that can remain with marked parts after they are separated from the vehicle.
Is there a monthly fee?
No subscription is required for the physical NanoTag marking or free Basic registration. Optional Premium registration is available separately. It is not required to use this vehicle kit.
How are the markings found and read?
The application adhesive includes a UV trace to help investigators locate marked areas. Magnification is used to read a NanoTag identification code, which can then be checked against registration records.
What vehicles can be marked?
The vehicle spray system is intended for cars, SUVs, 4WDs and utes. Follow the supplied instructions and surface restrictions. Contact us before ordering if you have a specialist vehicle or are unsure about suitability.
Can you install it at my home or workplace?
Yes. Check your address on the installation page. Eligible addresses can continue to the booking-request page. Our team then contacts you to confirm the appointment. You are only charged once the team has contacted you and the booking is confirmed. Further locations are planned.
What if my car is stolen or I sell it?
Report theft to police and your insurer, and update the status in your NanoTag registration account. Supply your registration details to police. If you sell the vehicle, contact NanoTag for the ownership transfer process so the record stays current.
