How address checks and booking requests are handled

When you consent to an address check, the street address, suburb, state and postcode are sent to Google Maps to obtain a location and assess our 30 km service radius. This uses Google’s services under its Privacy Policy and Maps terms. A short-lived verification token links your address check to the booking form and expires after 30 minutes.

If you submit a booking request, your supplied details are saved privately in this WordPress site so the team can review the request, and an email notification is sent to NanoTag. Booking details are not published. WordPress administrators can view and manage them. No card details are collected. Keep details limited to what is needed to arrange the appointment.

The form requests your name, email, phone, vehicle, address and enquiry details so NanoTag Australia can check service coverage and respond to your request.

The DIY enquiry form emails your enquiry to NanoTag Australia. It does not create a registration account or subscribe you to marketing. Email and hosting systems may retain messages and operational records. A temporary rate-limit value based on a hashed network address is used to reduce automated form abuse.

Payments, when enabled, are completed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Do not send card details through the enquiry form. Registration is handled separately at the NanoTag registration portal.
